Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

3) Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item.

Due to hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted after the product is opened or used (including smelling the product).

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Please receive the order, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@cutietribe.net or DM us on Instagram.
  • We will arrange a replacement at our expense, and you will not pay any shipping fees in this case.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued once we receive the returned item at our warehouse.

Refund method:

  • Visa payments: refunded to your card within 10 to 14 days.
  • Cash payments: refunded via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
  • No shipping fees will be charged to the customer for returns caused by our mistake or damage on arrival.

4) Items Sent by Mistake (Unopened Only)

If you received an item you did not order, we can only accept a return or exchange if the item is:

  • In its original packaging,
  • Unopened, and
  • Unused.

5) Return/Exchange Request Deadline

  • Any return or exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Late Orders

6) Late Shipment Cancellation

If your order is shipped more than 10 business days after you placed it, it is considered a late order.

If you wish to cancel due to late shipment, email sales@cutietribe.net.

  • If the products were not delivered to you, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your cancellation.
  • If the products were delivered and returned, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days after receiving the returned products, or earlier if you provide proof that the products were sent back.

Unless you request otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
