Shipping policy

1) Order Processing & Delivery Time

• We start processing your order as soon as it is placed.
• Orders are shipped from our warehouse on the next business day after your order is placed (business days are Sunday to Thursday).
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days, depending on the courier and your location.
• During peak periods (new launches, restocks, holidays, and promotions), delivery may take longer than usual.

2) Order Changes & Cancellations

• Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be changed or cancelled, and it must be received upon delivery.
